Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management
Experience organizing large caseloads, discovery and trial preparation
Familiarity with Oregon and Federal rules of civil procedure
Extensive client contact, document review and production
Drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of litigation and trial experience
Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management
Experience organizing large caseloads, discovery and trial preparation
Familiarity with Oregon and Federal rules of civil procedure
Extensive client contact, document review and production
Drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research
Problem-solving skills, including flexibility to complete tasks as required by clients and/or counsel
