Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes
Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function
Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree)
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people and have hands-on experience with configuration and customizations
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers
Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience on enterprise projects
Minimum of 3 years of experience giving direction to team members developing with Force.com platform programming in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation
Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
Salesforce Administrator certification
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Demonstratable familiarity and hands-on experience with relational database concepts
Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
Willingness to travel based on client needs
Preferred
Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master's degree in one of these areas preferred
Salesforce Application Architect Certification
Salesforce System Architect Certification
One or more of the following certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant
Trailhead Ranger Rank
Agentblazor Innovator Rank
Previous experience leading offshore or nearshore development teams is a plus
