Responsibilities
Design and develop ML solutions for personalization and targeting, from data exploration to model implementation
Translate business needs into data-driven insights and models, guided by senior team members
Build, evaluate, and monitor models (ranking, recommendation, optimization) using best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and communicate findings clearly
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to technical discussions
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
4 years' experience in an analytics or related field
1–2 years' experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, with a solid foundation in statistical modeling
Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is a plus
Familiarity or strong interest in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems
Understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, and experimentation (A/B testing)
Curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred
Data science, machine learning, optimization models
Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
