Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking a Collector Fulfillment Associate to ensure collectors receive their orders accurately and promptly. The role involves selecting items, preparing them for delivery, and enhancing the collector experience through excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders

Report any damages, defects, or missing items to the Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy

Evaluate secondary market value to process replacements

Restock supplies to ensure timely order completion

Open and sort inbound consumer mail

Enter data into the appropriate systems

Process outbound packages to customers

Communicate with collectors via email to address inquiries and provide updates

Enhance the collector experience by delivering exceptional customer service and support

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned
