Responsibilities
Apply the technical change communication strategy plans
Support the creation and implementation of communication plans to ensure the success of change management initiatives for our digital transformation goals
Collaborate with technical leaders, managers, and HR identify communication needs, targeted messaging, and any additional change management needs to support the adoption holistic change/adoption
Create content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations
Support consistent messaging between different departments
Qualification
Required
Experience working in an organization that designs and/or manufactures complex hardware products
Proven experience in change management communication or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Automotive industry experience preferred
