Responsibilities
Support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process by managing job postings, coordinating (at times) high volume of screens, job interviews, and owning candidate communication and experience
Organize candidate site visits and travel, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates visiting our Weirton factory, troubleshooting last-minute scheduling changes as they arise
Demonstrate Form Energy’s values (humanity, excellence, and creativity) in all interactions with candidates, recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers
Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting documentation
Help plan and execute logistics for recruiting events, such as career fairs, batch interview days, and conferences
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support and improve the recruiting lifecycle for temporary manufacturing staff during critical production scale-up phases
Identify and partner to drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate candidate experience
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
Exp in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting or a similar role with calendar management or coordination
Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to detail while juggling multiple task
Experience with an applicant tracking system and/or Google Suite
Demonstrated experience in systematic administrative skills
