Responsibilities
Monitors pipeline conditions; anticipates potential issues that would impact customer service and collaborates to find innovative solutions
Promotes services to all customers; is proactive in addressing situations or concerns
Provides accurate and timely information to customers
Performs all scheduling processes and procedures
Possesses a detailed understanding of all agreements and physical configurations for area of support
Mentors others
Provides input into departmental planning, processes and policies
Leads others in manager’s absence
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience and minimum four (4) years' gas management, scheduling and negotiating experience
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Needs proficient knowledge of Gaskit, SAP, Sharepoint
Needs proficient knowledge of key functionality related to customer service (marketing, commercial, contracts and accounting)
Knowledge of energy industry
