New GradTREW LLC is seeking a Summer 2026 Electrical Engineering Co-Op to assist in the design and implementation of control and electrical systems for automated material handling equipment. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities for students, involving responsibilities such as using AutoCAD for electrical design and assisting Senior Engineers.

Responsibilities
Using AutoCAD for electrical design including device layout, schematic and control panel design and communication architecture
Assisting and shadowing Senior Engineers
Performing component selection and bill of material preparation
Configuring standard PLC programs for real-time control of automated equipment and collection of diagnostic and production data
Assisting in on-site technical checkout of material handling equipment and controls
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Engineering Technology or Computer Science
Have exposure to AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical
Have exposure to programmable logic controllers (PLC) or programmable automation controllers (PAC)
Enjoy working as a team to lead the way in providing superior solutions to our customers
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Ability to traverse office, manufacturing facility and customer sites
