Responsibilities

Assist the Aviation Program Management Team in various aspects of project management
Support teams with budgeting, forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earned value measurement, risk management, scheduling, cashflow and reporting tools
Provide updates and presentations at all levels of management

Required

In pursuit of an Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or other related degree
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Preferred

A strong interest in aviation
3.0 or higher GPA
Previous internship experience in project management, business administration, project controls, or other related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills with Excel, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development
Experience in project budgeting and planning
Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling software experience is a plus
