Labor & Employment Attorney (Hybrid)
Talentsearchpro is a legal services company with over 50 years of experience, seeking a highly motivated mid- to senior-level Employment Attorney. The role involves advising employers on compliance, drafting legal documents, and guiding clients through various employment-related challenges.

Responsibilities
Advise employers on employment compliance and risk mitigation
Draft and review employee handbooks, policies, offer letters, employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements
Address time-sensitive disciplinary or performance issues
Guide clients through leaves, accommodations, wage and hour matters, and other HR challenges
Handle agency proceedings and related employment matters
Counsel clients on workplace best practices and strategic risk management
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Active admission to practice law in Massachusetts (other admissions a plus), in good standing
5–8 years of experience practicing employment law on the management/employer side
Deep knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Ability to make sound, practical decisions under pressure
Strong negotiation, drafting, and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication, able to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice
Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases/deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred
Portable book of business preferred
Executive compensation experience
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Traditional labor law experience
