Monitoring and managing Weapons Team technical and schedule performance; ensuring integration with overall program cost, schedule, and performance
Performing monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and providing insight to management

Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes from proposal (RFP, BOEs, negotiation) through delivery and DD250
Ability to drive issues to resolution, which may involve direct interaction with senior leadership within LM and the customer organizations
Fast learner and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment that may periodically include short-turn-around assignments and willingness to attack issues that are outside of the individual's training or background
Knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering
Strong communication skills, with a willingness to engage with technical and non-technical subject matter experts with all levels of organization
