Responsibilities
Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal team members
Perform on-site hardware failure support for Netsync Network Support service contracts
Install, configure, and support network appliances
Support customer, vendor, and cross-department relationships related to network support activities
Manage, update, and document support cases in customer, Netsync, and OEM systems
Collaborate with the team to maintain appropriate availability for 24x7 network support coverage
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline and automate processes
Assist Netsync’s Network Operations Center (NOC) with network support cases as needed
Pursue ongoing technical education and skill development in the networking field
Support end user compute repairs when required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of IT experience
Foundational understanding of networking and security concepts, including routing, switching, and TCP/IP protocols
Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation
Curiosity and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
CCNA certification or equivalent vendor certification (Network+, JNCIA, ACSA)
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
