Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end material readiness for development builds, including ordering, tracking, and ensuring on‑time delivery
Drive material procurement through Procurement teams and directly with suppliers to meet build schedules
Track and communicate changes to the Plan of Record (POR) and maintain real‑time CTB (Clear to Build) visibility
Identify, consolidate, and communicate risks related to material readiness, lead times, sourcing challenges, and MIH (Material In‑House) tracking
Create and manage purchase orders, requisitions, invoice tracking, and goods receipts to ensure accurate financial and material flow
Partner with OEMs to ensure accurate BOM setup and support FAI (First Article Inspection) planning and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Science, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios
Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive, and ambiguous environments
