Responsibilities
Execute bi-weekly payroll for ~200 employees via ADP, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding compliance to benefits administration
Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management across 8 locations using QuickBooks Online
Manage corporate expenses and bill pay through Ramp, ensuring accurate coding, receipt capture, and QBO synchronization
Prepare and present monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for all individual units and the franchisor entity
Manage workers’ comp audits, unemployment claims, and business license renewals to ensure total regulatory compliance
Collaborate with CPA firm for tax filings preparation and audits
Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting structure
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and HR policies while managing general administrative office tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
0-5 years of experience in a similar role (Accounting Admin, Payroll Admin, Bookkeeper)
Experience with QuickBooks Online, ADP, Ramp, Google Workspace or similar software
High level of integrity with sensitive financial data, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously
