Responsibilities
Learn and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for the MyAvatar platform
Write and improve code using Java and .NET, with guidance from experienced engineers
Participate in code reviews and team meetings to learn best practices and development standards
Collaborate closely with teammates in an onsite environment
Build your skills through real-world projects, feedback, and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Proficiency or hands-on experience with Java and .NET (coursework, internships, co-ops, or projects welcome)
A foundational understanding of software development concepts and object-oriented programming
Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in either Great River, NY or Overland Park, KS
Strong curiosity, a growth mindset, and eagerness to learn
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Preferred
Internship, co-op, or academic project experience
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
