Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day engineering execution for assigned programs, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule are met
Identify issues, risks, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage technical and execution challenges
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions across avionics, software, structures, and systems
Serve as the prime technical point of contact for complex projects of varying scale and scope, driving issues to resolution and maintaining leadership awareness
Coordinate engineering scope across specialty teams, managing dependencies and integration risks
Learn and execute established program and engineering processes, while identifying and implementing improvements that enable team efficiency and execution quality
Some travel will be required (foreign and/or domestic) for this role

Required

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Experience using Jira (or similar Engineering Project Management tool) to plan and execute work
Experience with proposal work and the execution of programs and projects
Experience with Systems engineering
Possess excellent customer relationship and leadership skills
Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
Possess verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
