The role involves gathering customer information, drawing detailed floor plans, assisting with product inquiries, and training new associates.

Responsibilities
Gather information to understand customer needs and preferences
Draw detailed kitchen floor plans and create accurate quotes
Review floor plans with customers to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
Assist customers with product questions and provide quotes
Perform stock checks and create customer-specific quotes
Complete special order and mandatory paperwork to finalize sales
Immediately remove floor displays as needed
Help answer questions from new associates
Share your product knowledge to train new employees
Update team members on new products and features
Teach new hires how to process sales and write invoices
Remove displays from the showroom as required
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
Set up new displays and bring out fresh product
Qualification
Required
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to offer detailed product information
Experience in drawing detailed kitchen floor plans
Ability to create accurate quotes
Experience in reviewing floor plans with customers
Ability to assist customers with product questions
Experience in performing stock checks
Ability to complete special order and mandatory paperwork
Ability to train new employees
Product knowledge to update team members on new products and features
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom
Ability to set up new displays
