Responsibilities

Innovate: Be a key player in the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives

Innovate Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the sourcing function within the Procurement COE, driving complex market exercises and strategic category initiatives

Sourcing Expert: Own a specific category to drive results

Be a Digital Champion: Own and define the digital strategy, including Coupa CSO e-Sourcing Platform, AI and data analytics. Provide technical expertise to the One Procurement team

Unlock Value Through Data: Use analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, optimize procurement performance, and uncover savings critical to the business

Collaborate & Influence: Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and adoption of e-Sourcing best practices

Drive Process Excellence: Continuously improve procurement processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness

Educate & Empower: Deliver strategic training on eAuction theory and 'go-to-market' best practices

Qualification

Procurement experienceCoupa software proficiencyAnalytical skillsExcel skillsStrategic thinkingCuriosityCommunication skillsRelationship-building skillsAdaptability

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field

2–4 years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Strong Excel skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus)

Adaptable, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo

Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred

Master's or certifications like CSCP/CPSM
