Responsibilities
Assist with contract setup, modifications, and closeout for public sector and DOT projects
Review contract documents and subconsultant agreements for accuracy in scope, fee structure, and compliance requirements
Review subconsultant invoices and monitor remaining budgets
Coordinate with project managers to establish project budgets, monitor costs, and billing structures
Prepare and submit invoices for DOT and government-funded projects, ensuring compliance with FAR, state-specific, or municipal requirements
Monitor accounts receivable for public contracts and follow up with agencies to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment
General Administration tasks
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
Basic knowledge of word processing/spreadsheet software
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Related experience is a plus, but willing to train
