Responsibilities
Develop and manufacture an autonomous delivery robot platform
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and Technician teams to prepare for product launch
Manage day-to-day production and respond to quality issues on the frontline
Ensure component traceability for product shipments and maintain production documentation
Interface with Design-Responsible Engineers (DREs) to bring products to reality
Scale and sustain the manufacturing of next-generation delivery robots
Set up and manage quality control processes to ensure product consistency and reliability
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in robotics, micro-mobility, autonomous vehicles, or automotive
Experience supporting production lines with operators and technicians
Strong communication, documentation, and quality control setup experience
