Entry Level Billing Specialist
Choice Home Warranty is looking for an Entry Level Billing Specialist to assist with billing issues for their growing company. The role involves managing account balances, creating invoices, and handling customer billing inquiries.

Responsibilities
Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
Create Invoices and Credit memos to issue to customer
Create and maintain customer files
Answer questions and handle billing complaints from customers
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, and other customer information
Issue monthly customer statements
Update customer files with issued invoices
Process credit memos
Update the customer master file with contact information
Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years' billing experience
Experience with Microsoft excel, power point, word and outlook required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
Ability to exercise sound judgment, work well independently, prioritize duties and follow through tasks to completion
