Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain MECM environments for enterprise endpoint management
Deploy, configure, and optimize Adaptiva OneSite for content distribution and endpoint performance
Develop, test, and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using MECM and Adaptiva
Create and maintain task sequences for automated OS deployments and upgrades
Ensure endpoints comply with organizational security policies and standards
Provide advanced troubleshooting for MECM and Adaptiva-related issues, including client health and content distribution
Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline endpoint management tasks
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
Generate and analyze reports on software deployments, compliance, and system health
Qualification
Required
High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Secret
+ Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+)
5+ years of direct experience leading or supporting MECM and Adaptiva projects in a large environment
Hands-on experience architecting and managing MECM environments in large-scale enterprise settings
Proven experience integrating Adaptiva with MECM for optimized content delivery
Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms (2012–2025) and core services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
Experience with Windows imaging, task sequences, and driver management
Proficiency with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V
Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and system management
Skilled in creating clear, detailed documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD or U.S. Coast Guard environments
Microsoft Certifications: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Understanding of load balancing, network infrastructure concepts, and content distribution challenges
Ability to write and present clear reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
