Responsibilities
Assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year customer service/relationship building experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage transactional work, self-direct, and quickly develop an understanding of our business and the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a desire to work in an inbound phone environment
Aptitude and passion for working with technology and influencing our advisors in becoming a digital practice
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organization that remains committed to a secure and client-focused experience
Experience working in an environment that requires problem solving skills and the ability to identify the true needs of our clients
Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic
Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are not required, but you will have the opportunity to enroll in our self-study program after your first 90 days of employment
