Responsibilities

Guide data engineering activities by overseeing the administration of SQL Server environments
Develop pipelines that organize and make disparate data meaningful
Mentor a team of analysts, data engineers, and developers in a fast-paced, agile environment
Oversee the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for clients

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience designing and developing SQL databases and administering Microsoft SQL Server
5+ years of experience with SQL change control, schema comparison, and change deployment from development to production using tools such as RedGate or Apex
3+ years of experience with PySpark pipelines and query development in Databricks
2+ years of experience supervising others and leading projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience migrating SQL to Azure
Experience administering Azure SQL Managed Instance
Experience with Splunk for monitoring
Experience with Agile engineering practices
Experience with Palantir Foundry
