Provide strategic direction for sales programs to achieve lifecycle management objectives and improve program outcomes
Lead planning efforts to support various workstreams and key business areas, ensuring alignment with program goals
Conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, proposing solutions to partners and leadership
Measure results and communicate progress and insights to leaders
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Lead programs that enhance the sales process and improve the customer experience through ongoing management activities
Collaborate with sales operations and enablement teams to support programs after launch and throughout their lifecycle
Report program outcomes and metrics to leadership to inform decision-making
Identify issues, communicate impacts, and develop effective management plans
Provide strategic direction for sales programs to achieve lifecycle management objectives and improve program outcomes
Lead planning efforts to support various workstreams and key business areas, ensuring alignment with program goals
Conduct operational assessments to identify risks and gaps, proposing solutions to partners and leadership
