The Program Manager, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for the overall functioning of the partial hospitalization program
Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a high-quality treatment program, the overall management of the partial program, supervision of the assigned clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program
The Program Manager, PHP plans, implements, and oversees programs to meet the social and emotional needs of the patients and participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and the unit community relations team
The Program Manager, PHP will fulfill the role of supervisor for the program
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree is required
State of Pennsylvania level licensure as Social Work / LCSW or Counseling / LPC, required
Five to eight years of related work experience required
Preferred
More than eight years of related work experience is preferred
