The role involves leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost control, and compliance while collaborating with regional and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Review and analyze plant financial results, preparing monthly bridge analyses against forecast, budget, and prior year
Collaborate with operations leadership to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, and drive profitability
Develop and maintain product cost structures, BOMs, routers, and inventory controls
Support capital project analysis, ROI evaluations, plant/product line rationalization, and ad-hoc executive reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Strong skills in cost accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, and long-term planning
Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
