Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client experiences by managing a high volume of communications, scheduling, and service requests with speed and precision
Support financial advisors by preparing client review materials and maintaining account documentation
Own operational excellence by mastering CRM tools, managing calendars, and proactively resolving client service issues in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate initiative by actively learning, asking thoughtful questions, and seeking out ways to improve processes and client outcomes
Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and the ability to step back and see the big picture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of administrative or operations experience (wealth management and/or high-level administrative experience preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset
Comfort with technology and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
A natural curiosity and drive to learn, ask questions, and grow
Ability to multitask with accuracy while keeping the broader client and business goals in view
Preferred
Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
Series 7 and 65 licenses
