They are seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with month-end financial closing, account reconciliations, and supervising staff accounting team members.

Responsibilities
Assist with the month-end close process for multiple subsidiaries
Assist with the preparation of various financial schedules
Perform P&L and balance sheet monthly account reconciliations
Perform intercompany reconciliations for multiple subsidiaries
Experience with accruals, prepaid expense, fixed assets and leases
Monitor and record leasing activities
Experience with payroll accrual calculation, journal entries, and payroll accounts reconciliation
Daily cash recording and perform bank reconciliation for multiple subsidiaries
Experience with financial trend analysis and variance explanation
Prepare journal entries and review of accounting classifications, in accordance with GAAP
Experience working with large data files to assign proper department and expense
Comfortable communicating to internal and external stakeholders in both a remote and in person environment
Assist with the year-end audit and responsible for the completion of the audited consolidated financial statements for Essen healthcare
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA a plus
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), consolidations and allocations
2-5 years of professional accounting experience with supervisory experience
Experience with preparation of financial statements
Highly detail oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Intermediate or advanced level of proficiency with MS word and excel (building spreadsheets/pivot tables/v-lookups/ formulas) a must
Preferred
Experience working with NetSuite
