The Boeing Company is seeking an Executive Assistant in support of the Air Dominance Fighters Programs to join their dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri. This role involves providing direct support to the Vice President of Fighters, managing program leadership operations, and ensuring alignment with the Air Dominance division.

Responsibilities

Directly support the Vice President of Fighters and provide primary executive assistant interface with program and functional leadership
Lead and integrate program leadership team operations deliverables to include: Operating Rhythm, Org Optimization/Metrics, Metrics/KPI’s, Lean/productivity & optimization
Align program efforts and deliverables with the Air Dominance division
Identify key stakeholder project specific objectives and requirements
Ensure assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Provide in-depth analysis of projects, culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans
Provide assessment of team performance to appropriate leadership
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Develops and establishes lead time requirements
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels

Required

More than 5 years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
Experience in presenting project status, progress, and changes in the project to identified project stakeholders
Experience building strong business partner relationships
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
This position is expected to be 100% onsite
This position is for 1st shift

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time
