Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional engineering activities, including Conops and trade studies, system analyses, and configuration control
Develop and manage technical baseline, verification planning, and execution
Provide technical leadership and ensure system engineering execution across the program
Lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering, and MBSE
Promote culture optimization, enhance employee experience, and develop critical skills
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
A Final Secret Clearance with Investigation of CV date within 5 years is required to start
Preferred
Able to simultaneously manage a broad range of technical, programmatic, and functional demands - all with different stakeholders in a fast paced environment
Knowledge in key technologies is also desired and includes: processor architecture, EO/IR/RF, aerodynamics, GNC, data links, simulation, software design, and cyber security, MBSE
Experience with I&T activities (including sensor integration / flight testing)
Experience leading a team to achieve successful demonstration of program development milestones such as Systems Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), and system integration and test
Proficiency in Cost Account Management (CAM) activities
Experience coordinating or managing subcontractors and subcontract technical management is desirable
Experience with formal decision analysis methods
