Responsibilities

Lead project execution for a team of engineers to support the design and development of a complex propulsion hardware
Driving integration with other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Ensuring close collaboration to ensure a sound technical solution
Responsible for the teams; execution, schedule, budget, subcontracts

Qualification

Missile/aerospace experienceEVM knowledgeProcurement experienceCommunication skillsDynamic environment adaptability

Required

Missile and/or aerospace related education or experience
Highly effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
EVM knowledge/experience
Experience working with procurement and outside suppliers
