CMM Programmer (Onsite)
Pratt & Whitney is transforming the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing engines. The CMM Programmer will create and maintain CMM programs, participate in manufacturing reviews, and drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible
Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs
Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
4 years of CMM Programming experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
