Administrative Associate & Special Projects Manager
Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is seeking an Administrative Associate and Special Projects Manager to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Vice President of Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications. This role involves managing budgets, coordinating projects, and assisting with communication efforts to advance the college's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the divisional budget, including tracking expenditures, monitoring accounts, and ensuring appropriate budget processes and procedures are followed in coordination with institutional policies
Work closely with the Vice President of Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, take minutes, prepare materials, and support the progression of divisional projects and initiatives
Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the Division of Enrollment, Marketing, and Communications by collaborating with team members to advance divisional and institutional priorities
Assist with the planning and execution of events related to enrollment, marketing, and communications, including activities involving current and prospective students and their families
Support small-scale writing, editing, and design projects as needed to assist divisional marketing, communication, and recruitment efforts
Coordinate with internal and external constituents to collect, analyze, and provide metrics and reporting related to the return on investment and effectiveness of specific projects and initiatives
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-through
Serve on college committees as assigned and perform other duties as required to support the division and the college
Qualification
Required
Must be able to communicate information clearly and concisely in person and/or on the telephone, exercising tact, patience, discretion and professional demeanor. Confidentiality is imperative
Must be able to read, comprehend, gather, prepare, and summarize data from a variety of sources
Must work independently and accurately with attention to detail, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
Must possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to develop competency using additional software as needed
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public
Ability to respond to supervision, guidance, and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience
