Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine automation requirements
Perform initial assessments to identify automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility
Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process flows and supporting artifacts
Design, develop, implement, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Create and maintain solution documentation, including: Process flows, Benefit and impact analysis, Solution and architecture diagrams, Technical specifications and support documentation
Follow established governance, data management, and information security standards
Support department operations, including: Monitoring automations and job schedules, Managing support requests and change management, Maintaining solution inventories, Diagnosing and resolving automation issues
Learn and support Business Unit systems and operational processes
Contribute to Power BI and Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs) to strengthen adoption and best practices
Qualification
Required
8 - 12 Years of work experience
Strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills
Experience in business process automation initiatives
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
Experience in documenting and refining automation requirements
Ability to perform initial assessments to identify automation opportunities
Experience in documenting 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process flows
Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Ability to partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers
Experience in creating and maintaining solution documentation
Knowledge of governance, data management, and information security standards
Ability to support department operations including monitoring automations and job schedules
Experience in managing support requests and change management
Ability to maintain solution inventories
