Responsibilities
Perform advanced pricing and reserving analyses for P&C portfolios
Develop and maintain actuarial models to support underwriting and profitability
Conduct loss forecasting, trend analysis, and rate adequacy reviews
Build predictive models and analytics frameworks
Evaluate financial risk exposure and capital impacts
Ensure regulatory compliance and actuarial standards adherence
Prepare actuarial reports and present findings to stakeholders
Provide strategic recommendations to business leadership
Collaborate with finance, underwriting, and data teams
Qualification
Required
ACAS or FCAS designation (mandatory)
8–10+ years actuarial experience in Property & Casualty insurance
Strong expertise in: Pricing methodologies
Strong expertise in: Reserving techniques
Strong expertise in: Financial risk evaluation
Strong expertise in: Regulatory compliance
Strong expertise in: Predictive modeling
Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
Preferred
Experience in General Insurance lines
Advanced analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar)
Experience supporting enterprise-level actuarial strategy
Consulting or cross-functional advisory experience
