Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success
Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with established processes, policies, and guidelines
Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective, timely solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business objectives
Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate network and support the onboarding of new partners
Maintain detailed and accurate records of affiliate performance, agreements, and communications
Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports for directors and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in affiliate management or a related role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tools, and performance metrics is a plus
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
