Responsibilities
Follow MES-driven instructions to prioritize and execute manufacturing tasks with accuracy
Load and unload process tools, including those requiring precise manual wafer handling
Operate metrology tools such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD) to collect measurement data
Perform visual quality inspections and record results accurately in designated systems
Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
Collaborate closely with process engineers to support daily production and resolve manufacturing issues
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a technical or science‑related field
Minimum of 5 years of manual wafer‑handling experience in a cleanroom environment
Proficiency with MES workflows and SPC chart interpretation
Experience operating metrology tools such as XRD and supporting MOCVD‑related processes
