Reconciliation Analyst
Christian Care Ministry is a healthcare sharing ministry for Christians, focused on connecting people to a Christ-centered community wellness experience. The Reconciliation Analyst will support the Member Billing & New Joiner Billing Finance team by performing complex accounting functions, including reconciliation of accounts and ensuring accurate monthly billing for Medi-Share.

Responsibilities
Provide analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts and transaction anomalies
Perform analysis and reconciliation of member sharing account transactions and balances
Analyze the Member Sharing Exchange (MSE) tool, billing systems, bank accounts and daily reports to ensure funds are flowing to the banks as expected
Perform verification of member balances and closing of accounts
Prepare journal entries
Identify areas of improvement and inefficiencies, analyze current workflows, and develop strategies to optimize processes
Collaborate with other departments, banking institutions and vendors to ensure billing & bank balance accuracy
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
Adhere to all CCM compliance requirements, policy, and procedures
Contribute to the exercise and expression of Christian Care Ministry’s beliefs
Assist with other related tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in accounting with at least 2-3 years previous experience in accounting particularly in bank reconciliation
Strong Analytical and Problem solving— ability to gather and analyze information skillfully using varies systems; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Strong computer skills – ability to access, research, use, and maximize CRM and varies billing systems and Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Quality control— ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitors work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
Collaborates – builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet objectives
Accounting Skill – ability to perform accounting functions and reconciliation of accounts and balances using independent judgement
Adaptability - ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and can deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events

Minimum Age Requirement: Due to the nature of the responsibilities associated with this position—including independent decision-making, access to confidential information, and potential exposure to regulated environments—candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
