Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end Pega application architecture
Lead solution design using Pega Guardrails and best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers
Review and approve technical designs and code
Design and oversee complex integrations and system interactions
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Pega applications
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and federal clients
Support deployments, upgrades, and production releases
Qualification
Required
Active Treasury Clearance (Required)
8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Pega architecture/design
Deep expertise in Pega PRPC 7.x / 8.x
Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Integration, and UI architecture
Proven experience leading Pega development teams
Pega LSA or SSA certification
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
Experience with federal / government Treasury projects
Hands-on performance tuning and production support
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
