InternWWE is the global leader in sports entertainment, and they are seeking an intern for their Production Management & Business Operations team. This role involves supporting the full lifecycle of WWE Media productions, coordinating logistics for shoots and events, and assisting with budgeting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
As a Production Operations intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the full lifecycle of WWE Media productions
You will help coordinate logistics for studio shoots, field productions, and live event initiatives—assisting with crew bookings, talent scheduling, call sheets, location research, catering/craft services, and production-related runs
You will learn the basics of a production budget, help organize media documents, and assist with daily administrative tasks
Day-to-day, you will partner with production managers, coordinators, and creative teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and compliant with internal workflows
You will also have opportunities to sit in on cross-functional meetings with other departments and employees to understand how large-scale entertainment content is made
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in production management, business operations, and the behind-the-scenes process of creating television, streaming, or digital media content
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and digital file management platforms
The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Candidates must be comfortable working on-site at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT and open to occasional travel for productions
A high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information is essential
