Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to identify future talent needs, build development pipelines, and strengthen leadership readiness
Assess organizational strengths and gaps and implement targeted talent and organizational initiatives that enhance effectiveness, engagement, retention, and overall workforce stability
Align talent strategy with long-term business goals and operational priorities
Lead the HR Business Partner team to ensure they deliver consistent, strategic support to their assigned business groups
Reinforce accountability for high-touch, accurate, end-to-end HR execution, ensuring HRBPs stay fully engaged throughout processes without passing off incomplete information
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders, offering insights to guide decision-making on talent, workforce planning, organizational design, and people risks
Promote a culture of leadership accountability, employee engagement, and high performance through proactive partnership
Lead or support change management initiatives that impact the workforce or operating model
Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Recruiting support teams to ensure smooth process execution and data accuracy
Maintain and improve workflows across recruitment, compensation changes, promotions, and terminations to ensure clarity and consistency
Monitor talent pipelines for critical roles, using HR analytics and metrics to forecast needs and guide data‑driven talent decisions
Provide strategic oversight of the company’s talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment between recruiting priorities, workforce planning needs, and business goals while maintaining a dedicated Recruiting Manager to lead day‑to‑day execution
Partner with the Recruiting Manager to shape and enhance full‑cycle recruitment activities including proactive workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interview processes, and offer execution
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including strong background in talent acquisition and talent management
Experience leading HR teams supporting multi-functional business groups
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives
Advanced knowledge of employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
