Assistant, Talent
Independent Artist Group (IAG) was formed in 2023 through the merger of Agency for the Performing Arts and Artist Group International. They are seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support an Agent in their Talent Department, providing an opportunity to work directly with high-profile talent and industry executives.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedules, and call logs for Agent and clients
Handle phones with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate travel, appointments, auditions, and self-tape requests
Track submissions, bookings, payments, and expenses
Maintain client materials and records with accuracy and confidentiality
Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, studio/network executives, producers, and managers
Support the execution of deals and monitor upcoming opportunities
Provide script coverage or project tracking (as needed)
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of prior experience in the entertainment industry or previous agency desk experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and follow-through
Professionalism when handling confidential information and high-profile relationships
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Preferred
Casting, management, or script coverage experience
