Responsibilities
Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice downpayments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs
Performing and ensuring survey accuracy, clarifying technical scope, and overseeing the handover to project Supervisors at Milestone 2Z
Auditing and validating installation processes at the front-line level to ensure method and process alignment
Assessing feedback from local modernization employees and recommending improvements to the area Installation Innovation & Enablement Team
Assisting in field validation of corrective actions to ensure their effectiveness
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive and successful Modernization field experience
Knowledge gained through a bachelor's degree within a technical curriculum and/or equivalent elevator- escalator industry experience
Strong background at the field modernization level with progressive and demonstrated installation management and training skills covering a broad range of modernization of elevator and escalators
Supervising, managing and leading people within a union workforce
Progressive and successful customer service experience
2-year associates degree preferably within a technical curriculum and/or 5+ years of equivalent elevator- escalator industry experience
High School education or equivalent
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
