The role involves performing visual and dimensional inspections of parts and materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the quality team.

Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and materials
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications (training provided)
Use basic inspection and measuring tools
Complete inspection records accurately and legibly
Identify and report nonconforming material
Bag, tag, and stamp parts as required
Perform assembly operations as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety rules and company policies
Support the Quality team and continuous improvement efforts
Work overtime and fill in other shifts as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Powder Coat Inspection Experience
Manufacturing or inspection experience
Blueprint reading and basic measuring tools
Exposure to GD&T or SPC
