Responsibilities

Identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system
Identifies the appropriate preparers, receives the data, reviews for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval
Delivers the information to the Customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract
Responsible for reviewing Sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers
Routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the U.S. Government Customer, as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking

Required

Bachelor's degree OR in absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required
Data Management / Configuration Management experience, administrative, project management or office management
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Typically requires Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Knowledge of Government defense contracts, specifications, and instructions
Works well in a team environment and independently
Develops technical solutions to complex problems
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Ability to complete multiple competing tasks on time
Effective organizational skills
Contributes to the completion of projects; ability to obtain results and make recommendations
Experience related to data management and customer support
