Manage tools and inventory and contribute to energy-saving initiatives
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and mentor team members
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation and advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical operations
Ability to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and all major building systems
