Responsibilities
Oversee intake and admission process and program census management
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers
Acts on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer
Maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
Performs other duties from time to time, as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
Takes the lead in developing a program or set of activities designed to monitor, evaluate and improve care
Services provided to enhance the health of clients and the effective use of resources
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in the human service/behavioral health field
Five years of clinical and related work experience
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
