Responsibilities
Participate in analysis sessions and support data analysts to document data mapping and ETL requirements
Lead the Design, Development, and Implementation of data models, ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Process Intelligence and Mining tool, Celonis
Ensure connections to source systems via JDBC and Kafka are reliable and secure
Maintain and provide operational support to Celonis production platform
Govern access rights for the Celonis processes
Optimize Celonis data models, ETL processes for performance and scalability
Design, Develop, implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis
Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of Process Intelligence and Automation
Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and best practices in the Process Intelligence and Automation space
Assist management with setting strategic, tactical goals for the team and plans to execute them
Experience with Agile Scrum Framework, Kanban
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7 years relevant work experience is required
Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills are a MUST
Proven experience with data analysis, modeling, building ETL solutions, Celonis process mining tools
Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset
Preferred
Experience with Celonis HIGHLY PERFERRED
Celonis certification will be a plus
Experience with KAFKA desirable
Knowledge of Python and other programming languages for automation
Solid understanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases
