Monthly phone and electronic communication with current clients for order renewals
Communication with physician offices to collect appropriate medical documentation
Accurate data entry into the company's patient management system of all critical patient demographic, insurance, medical documentation and client product orders
Communication with insurance entities to obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations required for service
Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations
An understanding of all policies & procedures required for accreditation and Medicare/Medicaid
